Dentinova Research Services

Why Collaborate with Dentinova?

At Dentinova, we specialize in high-resolution direct 3D printing for dental research and clinical innovation. We’re already a proud provider of the University of Manchester’s Dental Biomaterials Department and are expanding our collaboration network to include dental science departments across all UK universities.

Our goal is simple: make advanced 3D printing accessible, customizable, and research-ready for every researcher across the UK.

Our Research Services Include:

🦷 3D-Printed Dental Aligners

We offer direct printing of orthodontic aligners using premium dental-specific resins, including:

  • Graphy

  • UNIZ
  • Senertek

  • LuxCreo …and other validated materials upon request.

🧪 Material Testing Samples

Need samples for flexural, wear, color stability, or biocompatibility tests? We’ve got you covered:

  • Bars / Rectangles (test strips)  (10mm × 50mm × 0.6mm).

  • Round Discs (15mm × 0.6mm).

  • Custom shapes & dimensions tailored to your testing protocol.

Who Can Benefit?

  • Academic researchers and faculty in dental biomaterials and prosthodontics

  • Postgraduate students needing experimental support or sample fabrication

  • Cross-disciplinary teams working on dental-device integration or novel resin formulations

🌬 Exclusive Nitrogen Curing

In cooperation with MEMORYALIGNER, the first UK Direct Printed Aligner, we operate the only nitrogen curing unit in the UK for commercial use, ensuring enhanced polymerization, reduced oxygen inhibition, and improved long-term stability, ideal for high-accuracy research trials.

World’s first UV curing device to achieve 100% polymerization conversion of materials

Able to obtain the best mechanical properties and optimal shading. Minimize oxygen to improve surface quality for C&B, denture fabrications, etc. Perfect final metal crown alignment by improving casting surface quality. Nitrogen curing is mandatory for dental and medical field products (for surface tacky and residual polymer removal). Improved economic efficiency and convenience compared to existing nitrogen curing machines connected to a nitrogen tank.

Who Can Benefit?

  • Academic researchers and faculty in dental biomaterials and prosthodontics

  • Postgraduate students needing experimental support or sample fabrication

  • Cross-disciplinary teams working on dental-device integration or novel resin formulations

Let’s Advance Research Together

Whether you’re in the early stages of a grant proposal or knee-deep in data, we’re ready to partner with you. From material selection and print optimization to custom prototyping and data-driven iteration, Dentinova is your responsive, reliable research partner.
