Amber has been married to Dr. Randy for over 20 years, and together they are proud parents of three wonderful children, who are the center of their world. After dedicating 10 years to raising their family, Amber joined the Dallas Surgical Arts team as office manager, where she has been an integral part of the practice for more than eight years.
She thrives in a workplace surrounded by talented, kind, and dedicated colleagues, finding it deeply rewarding to contribute to such a supportive and dynamic team. Outside of the office, Amber cherishes creating memories with her family. They enjoy live music, boating, wake surfing, and hitting the slopes for snowboarding and skiing in Colorado and Utah. And when life calls for relaxation, Amber loves escaping to the beach with her loved ones.

Meet Dr. Randy R. Sanovich
Dr. Randy Sanovich, Board-Certified Facial Cosmetic & Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Randy Sanovich is a dual board-certified surgeon specializing in both oral and maxillofacial surgery as well as facial cosmetic surgery. Renowned for his expertise, he is committed to delivering optimal results while ensuring a natural, refined appearance.
With extensive training and experience, Dr. Sanovich is recognized as a leader in advanced oral and facial reconstructive procedures. His surgical approach emphasizes natural results, avoiding an overdone look. In addition to facial cosmetic procedures, he specializes in jaw reconstruction, including jaw repositioning, TMJ surgery, bone grafting, and dental implant placement.

Dr. Sanovich earned his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Utah and his dental degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. He completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at the University of Florida and further pursued a fellowship in facial cosmetic and reconstructive surgery under Dr. John Griffin in Columbus, Mississippi.
“I am dedicated to blending the art and science of facial cosmetic and oral & maxillofacial surgery to meet each patient’s needs efficiently and effectively,” says Dr. Sanovich.
Known for his compassionate patient care, Dr. Sanovich listens carefully to his patients’ goals and uses advanced technology such as 3D imaging and virtual surgical planning to create customized treatment plans. From the initial consultation to follow-up visits, he and the Dallas Surgical Arts team focus on delivering personalized, high-quality care in a comfortable environment.
Dr. Sanovich is also passionate about teaching and mentoring. He instructs oral and maxillofacial surgery residents in Dallas and serves as the director of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery fellowship program at Dallas Surgical Arts, training surgeons in advanced cosmetic techniques and leadership.
He and his wife, Amber, live in Dallas with their three children. Outside of his practice, Dr. Sanovich enjoys family time, teaching his children to wake-surf at Lake Lewisville, playing guitar, and listening to music.
